10 September Fri, 2010 Lost ones [ Luke 15:4 - 15:6 ] - hymn191 Rejoice with me, for I have found my sheep which was lost! - Luke 15:6 In my college years I worked as a guide, taking boys on treks into Rocky Mountain National Park in Colorado. on one occasion one of my hikers—a small, slow chap—lagged behind and took the wrong fork on a trail. When we arrived at our campsite he was nowhere to be found. I frantically went out to search for him. Just before dark, I came across him sitting by a small lake—utterly lost and alone. In my joy, I gave him a bear hug, hoisted him on my shoulders, and carried him down the trail to his companions. In a story by Scottish writer George MacDonald, he describes a young woman finding a child alone and lost in the woods. She gathered him up in her arms and carried him home to her father, at which point she gained an insight that was never to leave her: “Now she understood the heart of the Son of Man, [who came] to find and carry back the stray children to their Father and His.” I want you too to know the heart of Jesus, the Son of Man, who came to find and carry back His straying children to their Father, “for the Son of Man has come to seek and to save that which was lost” (Luke 19:10). No matter how far you may have strayed and how lost you may be, He came to seek and to save you.     Jesus came to seek and save the lost, Left heaven’s glory, minding not the cost; Looking high and low and far and wide, The Son of Man for all was crucified. — Hess To find salvation, you must admit that you’re lost. Luke 15:4-6 [4] "What man of you, having a hundred sheep, if he loses one of them, does not leave the ninety-nine in the wilderness, and go after the one which is lost until he finds it? [5] "And when he has found it, he lays it on his shoulders, rejoicing. [6] "And when he comes home, he calls together his friends and neighbors, saying to them, 'Rejoice with me, for I have found my sheep which was lost!'

2010년 09월 10일 (금) 잃어버린 자들 [ 누가복음 15:4 - 15:6 ] - 찬송가 191장 나와 함께 즐기자 나의 잃은 양을 찾았노라 －누가복음 15:6 대학시절 나는 콜로라도 주의 로키 마운틴 국립공원 소년 트레킹 가이드로 일했습니다. 한번은 내가 맡은 팀에서 작고 느린 아이 하나가 뒤쳐져 잘못된 길로 들어가 버렸습니다. 우리가 캠프장에 도착했을 때 그 아이는 어디에도 없었습니다. 나는 미친 듯이 그 아이를 찾아 나섰습니다. 어두워지기 직전 나는 그 아이가 완전히 길을 잃고 혼자 조그만 호숫가에 앉아있는 것을 발견하였습니다. 나는 너무나 기쁜 나머지 그 아이를 덥석 안아 어깨 위에 태우고는 친구들이 있는 곳까지 산길을 따라 아이를 데리고 왔습니다. 스코틀랜드 작가 조지 맥도날드는 그의 작품에서 한 젊은 여자가 숲속에서 길을 잃어 홀로 된 아이를 발견하는 장면을 묘사하고 있습니다. 그녀는 두 팔로 아이를 감싸고 그녀의 아버지가 있는 집으로 아이를 데려왔습니다. 그때 그녀는 일생 잊을 수 없는 한 가지 깨우침을 얻었습니다. “이제 그녀는 잃어버린 자녀들을 찾아서 그들의 아버지에게로, 아버지의 집으로 다시 데려가기 위해 오신 인자이신 예수님의 마음을 이해하게 되었습니다.” 당신도 역시 잃어버린 자녀들을 찾아 그들의 아버지에게로 데려가기 위해 오신 인자의 마음을 알기 원합니다. “인자의 온 것은 잃어버린 자를 찾아 구원하려 함이니라”(눅 19:10). 당신이 아무리 멀리 벗어나서 길을 잃고 헤맨다 해도, 주님은 당신을 찾아 구원하기 위해 오셨습니다.     하늘 영광 버리시고, 그 큰 희생 마다하지 않으시고 예수님은 잃어버린 자들을 찾아 구원하기 위해 오셨네 저 높은 곳, 저 낮은 곳, 저 멀리, 그리고 넓게 바라보시며 모든 사람 위해 인자이신 예수님이 십자가에 못 박히셨네 구원을 얻으려면 당신이 잃어버린 자인 것을 먼저 인정해야 한다. 누가복음 15:4-6 [4] 너희 중에 어떤 사람이 양 백 마리가 있는데 그 중의 하나를 잃으면 아흔아홉 마리를 들에 두고 그 잃은 것을 찾아내기까지 찾아다니지 아니하겠느냐 [5] 또 찾아낸즉 즐거워 어깨에 메고 [6] 집에 와서 그 벗과 이웃을 불러 모으고 말하되 나와 함께 즐기자 나의 잃은 양을 찾아내었노라 하리라
